Yellow Mustard

Today's recipe is a good one. It takes you about 10 minutes to do and everybody will think you're a chef when they learn you made this. The humble yellow mustard!

Ingredients

-1/2 cup of dry ground mustard
-1/2 cup of water
-6 tablespoons of white vinegar
-1 teaspoon of Wondra flour
-1/2 + 1/4 teaspoon of salt, I used my regular fine salt for this so it would dissolve quicker
-1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
-1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
-1/4 teaspoon of paprika

Directions
-Combine everything into a pot and turn the heat on to medium.

-When it comes up to a boil, turn your heat down to low and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Whisk it every 3 minutes.

-When it's done, turn the heat off and leave it cooling in the pot. Then transfer to a container and store it in the fridge.

If you want to make these to take to a BBQ this weekend, go here for my ketchup recipe!
