Pumpkin Spice Latte

This is a Hungry Girl recipe, and it's a Starbucks swap!! The Starbucks latte has 300 calories, this one? 97 CALORIES. Insane. And insanely good.

1 tblsp sugar free French vanilla powdered creamer (I use a Stop & Shop brand)
1 packet of sweetener (I use Stevia)
2 tsp instant coffee granules
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tblsp canned pure pumpkin
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Extras: Sugar free whipped cream and more pumpkin pie spice if you'd like

Place creamer, sweetener, coffee and spice in a mug and add 3/4 cup of hot water (I use my cute red kettle to boil water, no big deal) and dissolve everything. If you have coffee already made, add 3/4 cup of coffee instead of water and the coffee granules.
Add the pumpkin and stir, making sure it's all blended well. Add milk and mix well. Microwave your concoction for 45 seconds or more if you like it very hot. Stir it up, little darlin', and top with your extras.

Cheaper and slimmer than the original, but just as good.
