Avocado Health Benefits



  1. Prevents against cancers.
  2. They're great for your eyes because they have carotenoid lutein which protect against macular degeneration and cataracts.
  3. They're high in beta-sitosterol which has been shown to lower cholesterol levels.
  4. Great for your heart!! Thank to the folate, folic acid, vitamin E and B6,  monounsaturated fats, and glutathione.
  5. Increase nutrient absorption. So don't just eat it plain! Throw it in smoothies, salads, dressings, dips, on toast, in tacos.
  6. Packed with antioxidants and vitamin E.
  7. They have tons of potassium, which helps control blood pressure.
